Located on the banks of the River Clyde in the heart of Glasgow (some 7.6 miles from Glasgow Airport), the Scottish Events Campus (SEC) occupies a superb landscaped site with convenient city transport links. The ScotRail Conference Rover is an exclusive offer for conference delegates for rail travel between the SEC and Glasgow City Centre. The ticket gives you unlimited travel by train within the Conference Zone. How to obtain: pick up your complimentary ticket with your delegate badge at the congress registration area. The Congress Scientific registration fee includes lunches on Sunday 23rd, Monday 24th, Tuesday 25th and Wednesday 26th October. Daily luncheon vouchers are issued to delegates which will enable them to choose from a number of different catering outlets from within the Exhibition Hall offering salads, sandwiches, and jacket potatoes. Tea and coffee is provided during the programme within the Exhibition Hall.
The Opening Reception on Sunday 23rd October will take place in the Exhibition Hall, and will give delegates an opportunity to meet.
The official language of the Congress will be English. There will be no simultaneous interpretation.
The organisers do not accept responsibility for each individual’s medical, travel or personal insurance and participants are advised to take out their own policies.
Any Italian pharmaceutical company supporting or participating in a congress abroad, is subjected to an authorisation by AIFA (Italian Drug Agency), according to an Italian Government Decree (Decreto Legislativo 219/06 – art. 124).
The request of authorisation must be submitted within 60 days of the start date of the event. The appointed agency to collect all applications from pharmaceutical companies and file them with the AIFA is:
